Professional Care
Skilled Nursing: A licensed nurse and CNA's are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Qualified Care: Our Medical Director is a Licensed Physician supervising patient care. All medications including over the counter must be prescribed by the physician.
Medicare/Medicaid: Sweet Home is a Medicare/Medicaid Certified Facility.

Our nurses at Sweet Home provided skilled and compassionate care to all residents.

Physical Therapy
Our in-house physical therapy clinic supplies inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services with a licensed physical therapist.

Dining
Residents enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. Our dining staff serve residents and their guests in our bright and sunny dining room.

Transportation
Our vans provide transportation to and from medical appointments in Chinook and Havre as well as various gatherings and outings.

Laundry
Sweet Home offers full laundry services for residents Monday through Saturday. Dry-cleaning not included.

Personal Care
A licensed cosmetologist and Barber are available and work in our beauty shop as needed.

Daily Activities
Residents enjoy various activities seven days a week. Our onsite Activities Department coordinates various games, movies, music, cook's corner, country drives, shopping and dining out. Bingo is played three days a week. Monthly birthday parties are hosted by community organizations for the residents.

Church services are provided three days a week in Sweet Home's Chapel.

Housekeeping
The housekeeping team provides a clean, fresh environment for our residents. They like to help in any way that they can, even if it is just to talk.
Facility Info
Sweet Home employs approximately 60 local people. We have a local volunteer Board of Directors.
Families are always welcome at Sweet Home. We offer additional spaces for families to gather in as well as two outdoor courtyards for residents and family to enjoy.
Our cats, Boots and Spook, live in the facility. We also have a beautiful bird aviary by the nurses' station. Occasionally you will find dogs visiting the facility when the staff brings their animals to work.
Room Rates
$296 per day for Private Rooms; $276 per day for Semi-Private rooms.
Sweet Home has a capacity of 42 Beds. 28 Private and 7 Semi-private rooms.
Sweet Home is Medicaid/Medicare approved
Administration
Office Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
